Luxurious boutique hotel
21 Nettleton is a luxury boutique hotel that features six highly exclusive rooms. Although these rooms have been furnished in a variety of styles, the predominant style is classic and authentic. The gem of this hotel is its Presidential Penthouse Suite, an opulent 250 m2 penthouse that boasts panoramic ocean and mountain views, several balconies, and two bathrooms.

Nettleton 21 is situated in Clifton, an affluent suburb in Cape Town, South Africa. This exclusive residential area is home to the most expensive real estate in South Africa, with dwellings nestled on cliffs that offer sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Legance style authenticity
Two of the hotel’s rooms were recently revamped using FORMANI’s BOSCO collection. The full spectrum of the collection was used, including door handles and window handles, bathroom fittings, and furniture knobs. Lázaro Rosa-Violán’s creations fit in seamlessly with the interior of 21 Nettleton in terms of elegance, style, and authenticity
